We play hard for fitness and fun, but we play by the rules.
Our Code of Conduct
- No disrespectful behavior.
- No fighting
- No reckless tackles.
- No cursing.
- No loitering.
- Games end 15 minutes before the park closes to give enough time to exit.
- Everyone helps with setup/breakdown of the field.
- No littering. We clean up after ourselves.
- No one is guaranteed to play. The people who attend consistently and make contributions to team will get first preference.
- If you arrive late, you wait.
The Penalty Box
These are some of our in-game penalties. Additional actions might follow after the geam.

Team Community
We rarely ask teammates for contributions, but might do so occasionally for items such as goals, pins, and first aid equipment.
We encourage teammates to contribute game balls as they see a need.
We also welcome contributions of team refreshments – water, Gatorade, fruits, etc.
